Jeffrey Tew Named Property Manager for Gelston Castle Estate

MOHAWK, NY, NOVEMBER 21, 2008 – SAFFLYN CORPORATION, A GREEN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AND THE OWNER OF GELSTON CASTLE ESTATE, ANNOUNCED THE APPOINTMENT OF JEFFREY TEW AS PROPERTY MANAGER. MR. TEW WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONAL FUNCTIONS ON THE PROPERTY.

Jeff was awarded the Teacher of the Year for History by the Daughters of the American Revolution in 2006 and brings a conservation philophy from a lifetime in the Boyscouts organization and more than 10 years in the Parks Service. As a school teacher, he has brought a creative flair to both middle school students and BOCES students throughout New York State.

Additionally, Jeff Tew is a recognized re-enactment professional and the principle owner of American History Live! His professional efforts as both a theatrical professional and business in the entertainment industry provide a high value addition for the Estate development. Mr. Tew will be in charge of coordinating all productions of film, television and theatrical programs on the Estate.

Gelston Castle Estate is the historic residence for the families of 3 US Presidents - a private retreat for James Monroe, Theodore Roosevelt, and Franklin D. Roosevelt.
